Her face looks a lot like Love Death Miku, by the design and the expressions, but the textures are a bit different. So it may be an edit, or just based on Love Death, or I don't know.

I think that the reason it looks different but the same is cus LoveDeath changed their style in LD555. Her face looks alot like this one( [link] ), and you can edit the body and there are mods, so maybe it's a half rip-half original.
